Lose It app
The Lose It app really works. I have been on a 24 day streak with logging everything I eat and all my exercise. Plus it's hooked up to my iphone healthy app and tracks all my steps too, if I have my phone on me at all times. It's been great, so great in fact, that I stopped doing Jenny Craig, saving me a lot of money, and I just buy some freezer meals from the grocery store now. It's so easy. Easier than it's ever been, I can even scan the item with my phone and it logs the calorie count. So far since I have been using it, for 24 days, I am down 5 pounds! This is huge and such an accomplishment for me. It literally took me months to lose 5 pounds on Jenny Craig but with Lose It app, only 24 days. Whooo hoooo, I am extactic!
