Feeling Frustrated with Jenny Craig Meal Plan
Don't get me wrong, I like the food, it's tasty, but I am so frustrated with how slow losing weight is with Jenny Craig. I suppose it's healthier this way, but it is so slow it hardly feels like I am making any progress.
:(
I went to my doctor and he felt that I should have my thyroid checked since I experience so much fatigue, but that could be due to not sleeping through the night or just staying up late because we went to the movies on $5 night and the show just happened to end at 12:20am.
Anyway, I started getting these b-12 injection shots and it contains this thing they call MIC. Which is supposed to support weight loss. I don't know if it is just simply a placebo. I don't know how long it will be for it to kick in and all that, but it's just so monumentally slow!
Anyone else get so frustrated with the weight loss journey?
I have been doing Jenny Craig and mostly following it to a T and still in the last three months since I started it, I am only down 10 pounds. That hardly seems like progress. I was hoping also for a big dip in the beginning like when I did Weight Watchers years ago I dropped about 10 pounds in the first week!
ARGGGHHHGGGHH. This is so slow! And I aint getting any younger.
